Before Union
Morfe prepped at Palmer (Alaska) High School where she participated in volleyball, soccer, hockey and nordic skiing. She helped lead her volleyball team to the Northern Lights Conference Title from 2009-2011. Morfe was named all-state, all-region, All-State Good Sportsmanship, team captain and most Inspirational as a junior and senior. She posted 174 kills, 49 aces, 119 digs and had a .930 serving percentage. In soccer, Morfe was named All-Region Good Sportsmanship, team captain and recevied the Coaches Award as a junior and senior. Morfe was voted student body president for the class of 2012 at Palmer. She also received the Gates Millennium Scholarship.
