Before Union
Kempka transferred to Union from the University of Mobile where she played two years of soccer. She helped lead her team to the NAIA National Tournament twice. She was named SSAC All-Academic in 2019. In her two seasons at Mobile, Kempka scored five goals with four assists. In high school, Kempka played soccer for Hamburger SV B-Juniorinnen Bundesliga, Hamburger SV Frauen Regionalliga Nord, Bramfelder SV Frauen 2 Bundesliga, and Bramfelder SV Frauen Regionalliga Nord. She helped win three championships for her teams.
