Before Union
DiStefano transfers to Union from University of North Alabama where she played three years of softball. During her time with the Lions she helped lead her team to a GSC championship in 2018. Her accolades include: GSC freshmen pitcher of the week, GSC all tournament team 2018, D2 CCA all south region second team, 1st team All Gulf Conference. Her freshmen year she posted a 16-3 record in the circle.

DiStefano prepped at Central High where she played six years of softball. She helped lead ehr team to two area championships and two regional championships. Her accolades include three-time pitcher of the year, three-time all area team selection, three-time all region selection, twi-time all state selection, two-time Timesdaily Pitcher of the Year, north south all-star team selection 2016. During her time at Central High she had 1,134 career K's, had a record of 104-43, 6 saves, and she threw two perfect games.
