Before Union
Meadows prepped at Somerset Christian High School where she ran four years of cross country, two years of track, and played four years of soccer. She helped lead her team to the KCAA Cross Country State Title in 2015, 2016, an d2018. Meadows was named Pulaski County Runner of the year twice, KCAA State Individual Champion four times, KCAA All-State four times, and KCAA Miss Cross Country in 2018. Off the course, Meadows posted a 4.0 GPA, was a member of the National Honors Society, and was the student government vice president.
