Biography

2018... started in 43 games....had a .272 batting average with 37 hits and four doubles...GSC Honor Roll.  2019... played in 52 games...recorded a .321 batting average with 50 hits and 12 doubles, 1 triple, 2 home runs...CoSIDA Academic All-District...Academic All-GSC...GSC Honor Roll...2020...played in 25 games...recorded 20 hits, three home runs, three doubles, one triple...GSC Player of the Week...GSC Honor Roll...2021...played in 34 games...recorded a .351 batting average with 33 hits, eight doubles, three home runs, two triples, 18 RBI...D2CCA first team All-Region utility...CoSIDA Academic All-District...GSC Honor Roll.

Before Union
Smith prepped at Waverly Central High School where she played softball and basketball for four years. Smith helped her team to a district championship, regional championship and sub-state championship. She was named All-district, All-state and Defensive player of the year two years in a row. She had 32 home runs during her time at Waverly Central. Off the field she was apart of the Beta Club, Hosa, NTHS, and was her class valedictorian.
