2019-20...GSC Freshman of the Week four times...played in 29 games with 28 starts...averaged 7.1 points and 3.2 rebounds per game..led the team with 29 blocks...2020-21...Sophomore season...

Before Union
Meadows prepped at Prattville Christian Academy where he played basketball and baseball for 13 seasons each. He was named his team's MVP, was the All-Metro Player of the Year, all-state three times, and played in the Alabama North-South All-Star Game.
