Before Union
Bukowsky prepped at Edwards Marcus High School where she played four years of volleyball and two years of track. She also played seven years of club volleyball. Bukowsky helped lead her club teams to the Show Me Qualifier title in 2015, qualified for the USAV Girls Jr. Nationals three times and played in the AAU National Championships twice. Bukowsky was named MVP of her club team twice, was a Texas District 5-6A second team all-district and was a track area qualifier in 2017. Bukowsky had numerous academic honors as well, including academic all-state, academic all-district twice, AAU Academic All-America twice, National Honors Society, Latin Honors Society, Mu Alpha Theta Honors Society, Science Honors Society, Junior Class League, junior class homecoming court and was on the honor roll all four years.
