Before Union
Venckus prepped at Bartlett High School where she played four years of soccer. She also played 10 years of club soccer including six with the Bartlett Soccer Club and four with the Midsouth Futbol Club. Venckus helped lead her high school team to district and region tournament runner-up in 2012, 2014 and 2015 and regular season district titles in 2014. Venckus was named the 2012 Bartlett High School MVP, 2013 Bartlett Team Captain, 2013 Commercial Appeal All-Metro Best of the Preps and was named to the Tennessee ODP Team three times. She posted seven shutouts in 2014 and had nine more in 2015. Off the field, Venckus was a member of the National Honors Society, Beta Club, 30+ ACT Club, Commercial Appeal featured Academic All-Star, and Principal's Honor Roll.
