Before Union
Caldwell transferred to Union from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She played in 32 games for UT Martin as a sophomore, starting in 29 times. She averaged 8.2 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. She shot 60 percent (110-182) from the field. Caldwell added 20 assists, 18 steals and six blocks. She was named the OVC Freshman of the week once during her first season with UT Martin. She averaged 5.1 points and 4.0 rebounds as a freshman. Caldwell prepped at Millington Central High School. As a senior, she averaged 14.4 points and 12.6 rebounds per game. She was named Commercial Appeal Best of the Preps twice, Most Improved twice, Most Valuable and first team all-district. Off the court, Caldwell was named to the honor roll, National Honors Society, Faculty Honors Lists and had perfect attendance.
