Before Union
Meadors prepped at Notre Dame Regional High School where she ran four years of cross country and four years of track and field. She helped lead her team to a second place district finish and a third place state finish in 2015. In 2014, her team claimed the 2014 conference title. Off the course, Meadors was a member of the National Honors Society and was a four-year member of the honor roll.
