2026 CSC Golf Academic All-District.
JACKSON, Tenn. - The College Sports Communicators (CSC) released its 2026 Golf Academic All-District Teams (
MEN |
WOMEN) with Union University getting three players on the list.
Abigail Fernandez (women's golf),
Trace Robinson (men's golf), and
Andrew Westmoreland (men's golf) all earned the honor.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Softball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes softball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Fernandez, 5-foot-7 junior from Windermere, Florida, posted a 78.9 scoring average this season. She saved her best play until the end, finishing fifth in the Gulf South Conference Championship, earning all-tournament honors.
Robinson, a 6-foot junior from Jackson, Tennessee, posted a 72.4 scoring average with three top-10s and one first place finish. His three top-10s were at events hosted by Montevallo (1st place), Trevecca (2nd place), and Delta State (third place). He finished 17th at the GSC Championships.
Westmoreland, a 6-foot junior from Millington, Tennessee, was a two time GSC Golfer of the Week this year and finished 10th at the GSC Championships. He posted a round of 66 at the GSC Championship, the fifth best second round in GSC Championship history. He posted a 73.2 scoring average with two other top-10s this season including one first place finish and a hole-in-one.
