Union University Men’s Cross Country lines up at the start of another season

JACKSON, Tenn – This week, Union University Men's Cross Country will begin their season at the University of North Alabama Invitational.

 The Bulldogs are led by Jackson native Bailey Bell, who is lacing up for his sixth year as a head coach. Additions to the staff include former runner Tristan Kelly who has been promoted to assistant coach.

The 2025 roster features 12 returners, and 5 newcomers.

Among returners, Benjamin Blackwood is the lone senior who will look to lead the Bulldogs through the course with his experience, consistency, and leadership.

The five frosh newcomers, Connor Cook, Clark French, Adian Hurst-Vasquez, Caleb Santhosh, and Reed Steiner join the squad looking to bring fresh energy, depth, and competitiveness to the roster.

Following the 2024 season, Union was ranked 7th in the GSC preseason poll with Lee being named 1st in the poll.
