JACKSON, Tenn. - Union University volleyball senior
Abbie Rahn passed the 1,000 career dig milestone Tuesday night at Harding University. Rahn recorded 15 digs in the match, pushing the libero to 1,005 digs for her career.
Rahn, a 5-foot-11 libero from Schaumburg, Ill., has been a four-year player at Union. She has played in 104 of Union total of 112 matches played to this point in her career. Rahn has career numbers at this point that include 446 kills, 124 assists, 82 aces, and 71 blocks.
On the season, Rahn has 323 digs with 51 assists and 18 aces.
Union is 10-7 overall and 4-1 in the Gulf South Conference, its best league start since joining the conference in 2013.
Up next for Union is a pair of home GSC matches, October 11 at 7 p.m. versus Shorter and October 12 at 2 p.m. versus Lee.
