Before Union
Dismuke prepped at Houston High School where she played Soccer and ran Cross Country and Track. Dismuke has run Cross Country and Track for eight years with Houston Middle School and High School. Dismuke played twelve years of club Soccer with Lobos Rush and four years with Houston High School. During this time, she was a four-time state finalist, State Champion, and National Champion. Dismuke received the honors of Varsity Defensive MVP, Most Improved player, and was team Captain. Off the field, Dismuke was awarded A Hero Among Us Award, The Crystal Award for Outstanding Philanthropy, and the Ruby B. Wharton Award for Outstanding Service. Dismuke was a member of the Beta Club, FCA, Horizons Club, HOSA, SGA, and was on both the Honor roll and Principal's list.

Born December 8...daughter of Ashley and Craig Dismuke...majoring in exercise science as she works to become a Physical Therapist in the military.
