POSITIONS

Door/Gate Personnel 
Job Description - Serve as hosts and help direct traffic to appropriate areas of Fred DeLay Gymnasium, Smith Memorial Soccer Complex and Fesmire Fields (possibly use scanners to swipe ID cards).
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age and customer service oriented with excellent verbal communication skills.

Concessions
Job Description - Assist the concessions supervisor in serving event fans at Fred DeLay Gymnasium, Smith Memorial Soccer Complex and Fesmire Fields.

Ticket Operations
Job Description - Assist the ticket operations supervisor with sales in the ticket booth and coordination of the pass list.

Statistics Workers
Job Description - Assist Athletic Communications with running stats to teams and media (includes assisting with substitutions in soccer).
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age and customer service oriented with excellent verbal communication skills. A few workers will need to have the ability to scale the bleachers to serve media personnel.

Game Day Crew
Job Description - Assist with retrieving game balls at events at Smith Memorial Soccer Complex and Fred DeLay Gymnasium.
Qualifications - Must be at least 12 years of age and able to run down loose balls and return to game day officials.

Scoreboard Operator
Job Description - Maintain the scoreboard during baseball and/or softball games at Fesmire Fields and/or intramural games.
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age with previous experience in baseball/softball scoring and has the ability to focus on the assigned task in a sometimes distracting environment.

Booster Room Attendants
Job Description - Serve beverages and bus tables in the Booster Room between the women’s and men’s basketball home games
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age and customer service oriented with excellent verbal communication skills.

Video Camera Operator
Job Description - Operate a video camera which follows game action broadcasting to the internet
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age and customer service oriented with excellent verbal communication skills.

Intramural Intern
Job Description - Shadow intramural staff to observe operations and assist when needed.
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age and customer service oriented with excellent verbal communication skills.
