JACKSON, Tenn.- The Gulf South Conference named Olivia Lee Player of the Week following competition from February 16-22.

Though this is her first weekly award this season, Lee has been named for a GSC weekly award 4 times throughout her career.

Lee averaged 21.5 points and shot 48 percent (12-of-25) from the field, helping the Lady Bulldogs to a 2-0 week. The junior's ledger also totaled 10 rebounds, seven assists and a block, while knocking 6-of-13 (.461) from three-point distance. Lee opened the week with 17 points, five assists and four boards in an 84-74 win at West Florida. She then scored 26 points and pulled down six rebounds in a narrow 78-73 win at Valdosta State.

Lee's steady scoring and veteran leadership continue to set the tone for the Lady Bulldogs, delivering in key moments as Union builds momentum in preparation for post season.

The Lady Bulldogs play their final pair of home games this week (2/25 and 2/27) before jumping into the GSC postseason.
