BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- This morning the GSC named Addi Aguayo the GSC Runner of the Week for the week of September 15-22. This is Aguayo's second award of the season following the Rhodes College Invitational.

She earned her second runner up spot, only behind a D1 runner out of the University of Memphis. Aguayo finished the 5K event with a time of 18:22, making the seventh best time in Lady Bulldog history.

Aguayo led the Lady Bulldogs to a sixth-place finish. She has now competed twice this season and earned GSC Runner of the Week honors both times, highlighting her consistency on the course.

Up next for Union will be the Chili Pepper Festival hosted by the University of Arkansas, October 4th in Fayetteville, Arkansas at Agri Park.
