JACKSON, Tenn.- Terrence Ringo Jr. was named with two awards yesterday. The Gulf South Conference and the Tennessee Sport Writer Association named Ringo Jr. Player of the Week. This encompasses performances from December 8-14.

Ringo Jr. averaged 19 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals to help the Bulldogs go 2-0 on the week. The junior shot 8-for-10 (.80) from the field with 18 points and picked up eight rebounds in a 92-60 win over Blue Mountain (MS). He also had an impressive outing to earn a double-double with 20 points and 12 rebounds, as well as four assists, in a 76-74 win over Christian Brothers. This is Ringo Jr.'s first GSC weekly award of his career and Union's second consecutive GSC Player of the Week of the 2025-26 season. 

The transfer from Kentucky Wesleyan has been a leading force on both ends of the court, and these two awards solidify that.
