JACKSON, Tenn. – The Union men's soccer team was honored with the College Team Academic Award for the 2023-24 season, United Soccer Coaches announced recently.

The award, recognizing teams with a collective GPA of at least 3.0 during the preceding school year, was given to 442 teams – 184 men's teams and 258 women's. Union was one of 110 schools to have both their men's and women's teams recognized.

The Bulldogs posted a 3.00 grade point average and were one of just three GSC men's soccer squads to be recognized.

Union men's soccer will open its 2024 campaign at Harding on Thursday, Sept. 5.
